We spoke to many suitable suppliers, seeking to regrind & resurface our shop floor area (1800 sq metres) which had fallen into bad repair. We have high end clients within the Aerospace industry, our objective was to raise our profile and present a highly professional engineering operation during client visits. This proved very challenging for all concerned, Mercia provided a plan which involved working Bank Holidays and weekends only, to allow the work to be completed without any interruption to our production. This was achieved in a very professional and timely manner, we are now discussing other projects with them to cater for our ongoing Facilities requirements
Our business relationship with Mercia spans over 7 years, during this time they have addressed all aspects of our new CCTV systems, and the remote monitoring of these services. Installation of our Intruder alarm system and all ongoing alarm activation call outs are attended by Mercia, negating the need for any of our staff to be called out in the middle of the night. This provides us with complete peace of mind, and allows us to work together on other areas of the business, addressing more of our ongoing Facilities requirements. We have a good working relationship, and built up a good work ethic together

We have recently moved from our old building into purpose built premises, during this process Mercia refurbished and restored our old building back to its former glory, dealing with all the fundamental facilities management requirements. They still continue to look after our security requirements. Their response times are very impressive
